Total sh1t that these guys have to travel up (20 mile round trip) for 1 game next week, and they were back down in coppies well before 10 o'clock.

To be fair Rab, they're hardly going to say no, when put in that predicament.

The two week thing was introduced years ago into the league as the rules were different and matches did take longer to complete. However, it was not brought in just to allow people to go to their work. I understand certain people work every week on a Thursday night but this is the risk you take when entering singles and doubles.

At that time of night, the question should NEVER have been asked. People are then not put in an awkward position where they really can't say no.

Maybe as of next year we can change singles and doubles to 1 week as I think we've progressed enough and out grown the need for an extra week.
